Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that exchanges will only be arranged for defective kits. No refunds will be arranged under any circumstances.
If your INVISI-SHIELD Kit is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the kit in question as soon as possible. Return instructions will be given by our customer service team, and the exchange will be arranged once the returned film has reached our warehouse.
Orders can be cancelled up to the point where we have finished processing and prepared the order for shipping. If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact us without delay. When possible, the warehouse will cancel and refund your order.
Once the order is in transit, you have the option of rejecting the delivery. The order will then be sent back to us and a refund will be issued. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded.
